Placing an Order
Which payment methods do you accept?
On AspirAuto™ you can pay with all major credit and debit cards or via PayPal.
We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority. When you make a purchase with a credit card, your details are entered on a secure SSL page, encrypted, and sent directly to your card’s network for authorization and approval.
No card information is ever stored on our servers.
Order Delivery
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday.

Processing: within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping: the day after processing.
Note: during holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days after payment, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number (usually the day after shipping), allowing you to track your package at any time directly on the courier’s website.
How long does shipping take?
Current delivery times are 10–15 business days, due to the high demand for the A3 Lite.
We are committed to ensuring shipping is always safe, trackable, and reliable, so you can receive your product without any worries.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day “satisfaction or your money back” guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to receive a refund.
How can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Just contact us, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the request and send you the instructions.
All items must be returned in their original condition with intact packaging.
Some final sale items may not be eligible for return (please refer to our Return Policy).
What if I receive a defective, wrong, or damaged item?
In case of incorrect, missing, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

How long does the return process take?
Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been completed.
Warranty
Does the A3 Lite come with a warranty?
Yes. The A3 Lite is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
In case of issues, simply contact our customer service and provide photos or videos showing the defect. Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
